About the Role

As an E-Commerce Sales Associate at AutoNation, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, and driving sales growth in our no-haggle sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to provide personalized vehicle recommendations and sales support.
  • Respond to leads in a timely manner, answer customer inquiries, and provide information to help guide customers through the sales process.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to select the perfect vehicle, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before and after purchase, driving loyalty through follow-up and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The willingness to follow up with customers.
  • Experience and desire to work with technology.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
