Key Responsibilities:
Act as the single threaded owner for the implementation of ARPA-H's Acquisition Life Cycle Management System and other strategic enterprise applications.
Coordinate activities needed for the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, including requirements gathering, RFP development, proposal and architecture reviews, project and resource planning, delivery, and commissioning to production.
Requirements:
15+ years of experience encompassing process excellence, software development, application architecture, and delivery of enterprise applications.
15+ years of experience delivering technology solutions supporting integrated business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Financial Management, and Business Intelligence.
Experience leading complex information technology initiatives requiring collaboration from multiple stakeholders, including business users, technology partners, consultants, and technology staff.
Experience interacting and communicating with senior-level executives, including SES or GS-15.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced start-up environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
Bachelor's degree.
Nice to Have:
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
Ability to manage multiple short- and long-term projects effectively.
Ability to pay strict attention to details and adhere diligently to deadlines and deliverables.
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Master's degree.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
