Job Summary

Mountain Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Support III to join our team in the Beaverton, OR area. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining complex files, preparing schedules, and compiling reports. If you have advanced Excel and WORD skills, and experience in the voice/data field, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including accounting and property records
  • Prepare and compile reports, using various formats and statistical data
  • Assist engineers with administrative tasks, using initiative and follow-up support
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel and WORD skills
  • Experience in the voice/data field, preferably with knowledge of specific client systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
