Compensation: $19-21/hr plus potential monthly performance bonuses
Employment Type: Part-Time
Work Schedule: Approximately 18 hours per week, including two weekdays and one weekend day.

Position Overview:
As part of our growth, we are seeking a Part-Time Hyper Wellness Representative to join our dynamic team. We are looking for enthusiastic and positive individuals who are passionate about wellness and dedicated to assisting clients. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, guiding them through their wellness journeys, promoting membership options, and assisting with various services. You will also support the General Manager in daily operations and ensure that our members receive exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging studio tours and provide a superior sales and service experience for all clients and visitors.
  • Educate clients about Restore's offerings, including medical benefits and safety precautions.
  • Achieve and surpass key performance indicators related to membership and retail sales.
  • Assist new clients with onboarding, including the completion of necessary documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls for appointment scheduling and general inquiries.
  • Conduct outreach to clients regarding promotions and events.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives and sales events.
  • Maintain a clean and safe studio environment for all members and guests.
  • Foster enthusiasm for health and wellness and promote the Restore brand.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a relevant role.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
