Position Overview

Compensation: $19-21/hr plus potential monthly performance bonuses
Employment Type: Part-Time
Work Schedule: 12-18 hours per week, including one weekend day and one to two weekdays.

Role Summary:

As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you will play a crucial role in our studio operations. We seek enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about wellness and committed to assisting clients on their health journeys. Your responsibilities will include welcoming clients, guiding them through our services, promoting membership options, and supporting the General Manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct engaging studio tours while providing exceptional service to members and guests
  • Educate clients about Restore's services, including their benefits and precautions
  • Achieve and surpass key performance indicators related to sales and client retention
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including medical waivers and profile creation
  • Manage incoming calls for appointment scheduling and inquiries
  • Assist with outreach efforts to inform clients about promotions and events
  • Support marketing initiatives and sales events
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all members and guests
  • Promote a culture of health and wellness aligned with the Restore brand
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a related field
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
