About the Role
  • This is a non-exempt position working Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays on rotation.
  • The ideal candidate is a team player who can multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

  • We have 30 locations across Southern California, providing quality healthcare services to the community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting patients in a professional manner.
  • Efficiently processing paperwork and entering new patients into our computer system.
  • Creating new patient files and filing documents in patients' medical records.
  • Answering phones and performing other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple healthcare terminology.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The estimated annual salary range for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 based on location and experience.
