Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team, responsible for processing new hire paperwork, coordinating background checks, and maintaining personnel records. This role requires strong communication skills, general office experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
  • Process new hire paperwork and background checks
  • Coordinate drug screens and complete I9/E-Verify
  • Manage personnel records and maintain accurate data
  • Assist with hospital recognition programs and provide HR support to employees
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; college degree desired
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • General office experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 1-2 Years of Healthcare experience preferred
