Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tower Technician to join our team at KMM Telecommunications. As a key member of our Tower Crew, you will be responsible for performing installation, inspection, and maintenance services for wireless radio and antenna systems on towers, rooftops, and other elevated structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Perform installation, inspection, and maintenance services for wireless radio and antenna systems on towers, rooftops, and other elevated structures.
  • Civil Scopes: Perform ground-based civil scopes when applicable in support of radio systems cabling, grounding, interconnects, and/or conduits.
  • Project Management: Complete work on time, efficiently, and profitably, adhering to KMM and industry safety and quality control requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Assist the Crew Foreman with execution of all manner of site-related duties and responsibilities, including close-out documentation.
  • Training and Development: Assist with training and skill development for less experienced Tower Technicians.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment and vehicles in a clean and operational condition at all times.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with customer representatives.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum 2-3 Years Tower Construction Experience
  • Comtrain or Equivalent Climbing Certification
  • Knowledge of Diagnostic Test Equipment
  • Flexibility to Work Overtime
  • Comfortable Climbing and Working at Heights
