Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who possess a majority of the following qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in both new and existing business, particularly in managing complex multi-million dollar sales cycles within the public sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through the implementation of scalable and repeatable processes. Proficiency in coaching methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales is essential.
  • Ability to foster a culture of sales excellence; consistently implement and adopt sales processes to enhance conversion rates and team performance.
  • Expertise in managing sales teams with a holistic view of accounts; develop accurate plans and forecasts to meet immediate revenue goals while aligning with long-term organizational objectives.
  • Experience in SaaS or Human Capital Management is preferred but not mandatory.
