Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement omnichannel marketing plans to support brand/therapy area goals and customer reach/activation targets.
- Manage the development of HCP messaging/promotional stories based on defined HCP marketing strategies.
- Create and manage promotional, engagement, and experience programs/materials, including personalization for key customer segments.
- Coordinate the dissemination of promotional programs and other materials, ensuring quality control and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of HCP experience tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, brand management/marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- HCP marketing experience in campaign development, promotional asset execution, and orchestrating customer experiences.
- Proven knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including medical, regulatory, clinical processes, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of innovative market tactics/high impact results.
