About This Role

Hudson Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a MAC Beauty Keyholder at Boston Logan International Airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers with product selection and information, and demonstrate effective communication skills.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash counts, deposits, and shift management.
  • Meet individual sales and service goals, and contribute to the team's overall objectives.
  • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge and assist with inventory management.
  • Participate in training sessions and special events to generate income and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience as a key holder or in a service-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours a week, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
