Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer specialized treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor critical conditions and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- AHA ACLS and AHA PALS certification within six months of hire
- Handle With Care certification within 90 days of hire
- One year of experience in ICU or critical care preferred
