About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Consultant at Auffenberg of Carbondale. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in person, online, and over the phone, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing or leasing a vehicle, ensuring they find the perfect fit for their needs.
  • Make daily outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, building relationships and driving sales.
  • Demonstrate our world-class products, applications, and benefits to prospects, highlighting the value proposition of our vehicles.
  • Build strong rapport with customers, creating lasting relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain and track monthly goals, driving sales productivity and growth.
  • Participate in quarterly General Motors training, staying up-to-date on the latest products and technologies.

  • Comparable experience in sales or a related field is preferred
