Pharmacy Technician

As a Pharmacy Technician - Certified at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assisting with processing prescriptions, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies, and completing paperwork and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Operate cash registers and related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies, and completing paperwork and documentation.
- Organize and maintain the pharmacy area, following company procedures and utilizing equipment appropriately.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and be certified as a pharmacy technician. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
