Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process prescriptions and orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Stock and maintain pharmacy supplies and merchandise, ensuring that the pharmacy area is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Operate cash registers and process payments, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that members receive the best possible care.
