Key Responsibilities- Process prescriptions and maintain accurate records
- Assist pharmacists with patient consultations and medication counseling
- Restock and maintain pharmacy supplies and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to member inquiries
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pharmacy technician certification or training preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
