Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Odell Medical Search. This role will provide exceptional patient care in a Level IV NICU setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill neonates, collaborating with pediatric residents, fellows, and attending physicians.
  • Participate in rounds, develop care plans, and coordinate treatment strategies with the clinical team.
  • Evaluate and manage patients with complex congenital heart disease, genetic disorders, and other specialized conditions.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in a Critical Care or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program with a minimum of one year CRNP experience and three years critical care experience as a staff nurse.
  • National certification as an advanced practice nurse required.
  • Neonatology Nurse Practitioner certification focus is preferred.
