About the Role

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with medical staff to deliver high-quality care.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan nursing care for patients in the NICU, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their stay.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure through the Interstate Nursing Licensure Compact.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in neonatal intensive care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
