Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
Randstad is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional customer service to staff, volunteers, tenants, clients, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the back-up building Receptionist
- Provide hospitality and customer service to staff, volunteers, tenants, clients, and visitors
- Manage and direct incoming telephone calls
- Handle basic safety and security procedures
- Sort and deliver mail and packages to staff and tenants
- Prepare parcels and packages for shipping
- Deliver paper, coffee, and other supplies to floors
- Manage inventory of supplies
- Respond to Operations HelpDesk requests
- Move, organize and manage stock in storage
- Printing request production and fulfillment
- Provides excellent customer service to staff, tenants, and visitors, and works with all of the Operations team to create a welcoming space and environment
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
