Job Summary:

Randstad is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional customer service to staff, volunteers, tenants, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the back-up building Receptionist
  • Provide hospitality and customer service to staff, volunteers, tenants, clients, and visitors
  • Manage and direct incoming telephone calls
  • Handle basic safety and security procedures
  • Sort and deliver mail and packages to staff and tenants
  • Prepare parcels and packages for shipping
  • Deliver paper, coffee, and other supplies to floors
  • Manage inventory of supplies
  • Respond to Operations HelpDesk requests
  • Move, organize and manage stock in storage
  • Printing request production and fulfillment
  • Provides excellent customer service to staff, tenants, and visitors, and works with all of the Operations team to create a welcoming space and environment

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
