Scholarship and Data Management Coordinator

The University of Wyoming is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scholarship and Data Management Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, alumni, and faculty members to manage college scholarships and oversee student and alumni data collection, management, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage college scholarship awards, including coordinating with department scholarship committees, following UW scholarship protocol, and providing required reports.
  • Utilize existing and develop new student databases to provide direction and improvement to recruitment, retention, placement, and overall student success.
  • Work with existing alumni databases and design new alumni databases as needed to provide direction and improvement to advisors, recruiter, career services, and administrators.
  • Develop and deploy student and alumni surveys to gather information requested by advisors, recruiter, career services, and administrators.
  • Create visuals and other materials to present data to diverse audiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Expertise with Excel and/or other data management systems.
  • Experience with survey design.
  • Experience with data visualization.
  • Experience with budget monitoring and management of funding.
