Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects at Yellowstone National Park. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate environmental surveying, local agency permitting, PUD submission, traffic study, town hearings, and geo technical work.
  • Manage and conduct value engineering at project milestones to ensure budget and time-lines are met.
  • Conduct site visits to prepare estimates and evaluate the property condition including FFE; document the present condition of the facility.
  • Prepare and record approval requests, commitments, contracts, and payment requests following company policy and guidelines.
  • Maintain all records and files pertinent to the design and construction of the projects.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as an owner's representative or lead construction project manager overseeing projects exceeding $15M.
  • Knowledge and experience in purchasing, budgeting, negotiating, and awarding contracts.
  • Able to travel up to 60% of the time, potentially weekly.
