Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to provide outstanding patient care in our 24-suite Labor and Delivery unit. In this role, you will deliver direct nursing care to expectant mothers and their newborns, guiding them throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care and engage in patient and family education.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians and lactation consultants to support mothers and their partners during labor.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions using computerized systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Multistate Compact License.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Salary Estimate: $84,500 per year based on location and experience.
