**About the Role:**
As a Critical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Your expertise and strong communication skills will enable you to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assess patients' medical histories, symptoms, and test results to diagnose and develop treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans that address physical, emotional, and educational needs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to enhance patient care and safety

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- 2+ years of experience in critical care or emergency medicine
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
