Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of quality and service, while maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the restaurant team to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar position.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage cash and inventory accurately.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, if applicable.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses, a 401k plan with a company match, comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, voluntary insurance benefits, paid vacation, and more.
