Flight Control Systems Engineer

As a Senior Flight Test Engineer, you will be part of the Flight Test and Integration team responsible for ensuring the proper function of mechanical, electrical, and flight control systems onboard aircraft. The team has ownership over all ground and flight test operations within the organization.
In this role, you will verify the function and capabilities of modified flight control systems, for a remotely operated autoflight system. You will ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending up on the vehicle.
Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline is required. 7+ years of experimental flight test experience and demonstrated ability to draft test plans, test cards, test hazard analyses, and act as test director during a flight/mission are necessary skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is $133,000 to $222,000 annual salary + benefits.
This position requires access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls. An offer of employment will be contingent upon the applicant's capacity to perform in compliance with U.S. export control laws.
