Job Title: Registered Nurse - Trauma Operating Room

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Tower Operating Room (OR), a high-acuity, fast-paced, multispecialty OR and Northern Virginia's only Level 1 Trauma facility.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced OR RN to work full-time in our dynamic team. Our diverse teammates and complex patient population make working in Tower OR exciting, with endless opportunities for professional and personal growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, multispecialty OR environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in our clinical ladder program, which rewards teammates who demonstrate leadership, continuous learning, and clinical excellence
  • Work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of patients, including neurosurgery, spine, orthopedics, and more
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year direct Operating Room Registered Nurse experience
  • Multispecialty trained Operating Room nurse is highly desired
  • Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date
  • RN License to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required (AHA)
