Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled VP of eCommerce Marketing to drive explosive growth for our company. As a data-driven innovator, you'll uncover insights to reduce customer acquisition cost, maximize average order value, and scale our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our customer and business, aligning with our goals.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to plan project execution and resource requirements.
  • Contribute to retention initiatives, owning deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define and prioritize the testing roadmap, validating hypotheses through A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Build the retention product backlog, working closely with project managers to prioritize and manage sprints.
  • Participate in quantitative and qualitative methods to understand member behavior and usage trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve technical infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in Product Management.
  • Experience collaborating with designers and developers in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to moderate and partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead the product development cycle, including defining roadmaps and managing sprints.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Decisiveness and proactiveness, with the ability to make decisions and iterate when required.
  • Solid understanding of data flows between e-commerce, payment, and analytical systems.
