Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Contract Duration: 3+ months with potential for permanent placement

Position Summary:

  • The Invoicing Specialist is accountable for the timely and precise entry of charges, ensuring all requisite procedures are fulfilled before billing and that statements are completed in line with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages updates in information systems to facilitate an accurate and efficient billing process and financial closure.
  • Ensures the precise and timely billing of services and fees to clients.
  • Conducts interim statement reviews to verify the accuracy of charges.
  • Offers customer support through phone or electronic communication channels.
  • Operates under general supervision, seeking clarification on policies when necessary.
  • Performs additional tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, Accounting, or related fields demonstrating problem-solving abilities, capacity to meet strict deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Preferred: Experience in Third Party Billing or collections/billing within the healthcare sector; familiarity with AS400 systems.

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
