Job Summary:

Total Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patients' vital signs, and responding to any medical emergencies.
  • Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment, including setting up and testing machines, and ensuring proper calibration.
  • Conduct pre- and post-dialysis assessments, including taking vital signs, reviewing patient charts, and documenting treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Current certification as a Dialysis Technician (PCT) or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
