About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher to join our team at Communities United, Inc. in Woburn. As a key member of our teaching staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of teachers in the planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters growth and learning in infants and toddlers.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and meet MA EEC Lead Teacher qualifications. You will be required to engage in positive and nurturing child interactions, complete child assessments and observations, and provide guidance and support to your team members. We offer a competitive salary of $20.00 per hour or higher, depending on level of education, as well as excellent benefits including generous paid time off, sick time, life insurance, paid holidays, 403-B retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, ongoing professional development, Harvard Pilgrim health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
