Qualifications: What you need to bring

Job Responsibilities: What you will do

As a Customer Account Manager, you will deliver account services to high-profile or major clients. Collaborate with various internal departments to maintain a balanced distribution of capacity and freight while ensuring exceptional customer service levels. Foster internal and external relationships that provide compelling short and long-term value propositions and efficient methods for transporting our clients' freight.

As a Customer Account Manager you will:
  • Lead and cultivate business from a designated number of clients by utilizing daily available capacity.
  • Act as an extension of Sales to enhance business revenue.
  • Oversee the balance of capacity and freight while achieving superior service levels.
  • Maintain awareness of customer contractual obligations.
  • Generate monthly reports regarding service levels for clients and participate in service-oriented conference calls to provide clarity.
