Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Ardmore. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary support to our chefs and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the storage and rotation of ingredients.
  • Take orders and serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the head chef or kitchen manager.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • High level of physical fitness, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail and quality.
  • Basic proficiency in Japanese language is a plus.
