The salary range for this position is $142,500 - $213,700 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This position is currently contingent on program award and associated program award funding. The selected candidate will join our team of experienced engineers in Melbourne, Florida, working on the development of hydraulic systems for military aircraft applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing responsible engineer activities, including design, development, and integration of hydraulic subsystems;">
  • Participating in system-level test planning, execution, verification, and troubleshooting;">
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure hardware development, qualification, and procurement meet requirements;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

Bachelor's degree in a related STEM field (e.g., mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering) and 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10 years of experience;

Professional experience in hydraulic system development and integration for commercial or military aircraft applications;

">

Able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to commencement of employment;
