Job Title: Restaurant Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Director to lead our Food and Beverage team at The Pierre, a Taj Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of F&B professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other expenses
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to develop and implement menus, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of F&B staff
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and external partners
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
