Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Sovah Health - Danville. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with respiratory failure, shock, and multi-organ failure.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practice and current research.
- Collaborate with intensivists, resident physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school. Experience in a clinical area is preferred, and American Heart Association ACLS certification is required within six months of hire.
