We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals at Travel Nurse Across America. As a CVICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide critical care to patients with potentially life-threatening heart conditions.
- Prepare and administer prescribed medications.
- Take samples for diagnostic tests; order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests.
- Apply hemodynamic, phlebotomy and IV protocols.
- Educate patients and family members on how to manage recovery at home.
- ACLS, BLS, NIH certification.
- 2 years of experience in acute care.
