Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Norton, Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' responses to interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit setting.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
