Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Manager - Home Health. This position will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our Home Health team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and oversee the clinical staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to clinical staff, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
  • Clinical Operations
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.
  • Staff Development and Management
    • Recruit, hire, and train clinical staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement
    • Monitor and evaluate clinical documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Current state license as an RN.
    • Two years of experience in a Home Health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent verbal, written, and computer literacy skills.
    • Ability to maintain assigned work hours and perform tasks over long periods.
