We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Technipower. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service to internal staff and external customers in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Fulfill quotes, acknowledge orders, expedite orders, and fulfill customer requests
- Contract/purchase order review experience
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- MS Office proficiency
