Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Certified Apartment Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an apartment community, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all daily operations of the apartment community, including resident services, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, including social media and advertising campaigns.
  • Investigate and resolve resident complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and improve property to increase NOI, including budgeting and variance reporting.
  • Supervise and train property staff, including property managers, leasing consultants, and maintenance personnel.
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and administer leasing documents, including lease agreements, addendums, and notices.
  • Review applications for prospective residents, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to management and ownership, including market analysis and business performance metrics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a property manager, with a proven track record of success in resident satisfaction, business growth, and team leadership.
  • Proficient in Onesite and RealPage, with experience in budgeting, variance reporting, and market analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, employees, and vendors.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
