We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping children manage their behaviors and strengthen their social skills.
Responsibilities:- Escort children on community-based outings, educational, entertaining, and cultural activities.
- Transport children in our vehicles, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Work with children to achieve treatment plan goals, focusing on psycho-social skills, community and family behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.
- Care for children ages 5-17 in our residential home environments, providing a supportive and nurturing environment.

Qualifications and Skills:- Must be 21 years of age.
- Minimum 1-year experience working in the behavioral health field with youth and families.
- Possess a valid Arizona driver's license and be insurable under our automobile policy.
- Two Negative Skin TB Tests or One Negative Blood TB Test.
- Possess a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or be able to obtain one.
- CPR & First Aid Certification.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel).
Pay Rate: $17 hourly
