As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing temperature controls and building automation systems for HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement temperature controls and building automation systems for HVAC systems, ensuring accurate installation and optimal performance.
  • System Selection and Sizing: Select and size control valves and dampers, and submit project designs for review and approval.
  • Project Management: Manage and track project parts and components, and coordinate with engineers to determine special project design requirements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality results by pricing project change orders and selecting proper sensors and components to meet engineer specifications and sequence of operation.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with HVAC, electrical, automation systems, networking, and/or electronics is a plus, but not required.
  • Building Automation Systems: Proficiency with building automation systems for controlling HVAC systems is a plus, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen and effectively communicate with customers and engineers.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized, with good planning and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with a desire to drive results and improve processes.
