Your expertise in substance use disorders and medical consequences of addiction will be instrumental in guiding our clients towards recovery and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct clinical supervision to a team of Licensed Clinical Social Workers, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings, utilizing the DSM-V criteria for diagnosis.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, vocational rehabilitation specialists, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual counseling services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all clinical interactions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field required.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing.
- Minimum three years of post-Masters experience providing clinical supervision in a mental health setting.
- Extensive experience working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting psychological assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and professional development.
