About the Role:

As a CBRE Transaction Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating real estate transactions for a large portfolio of properties on behalf of our corporate client. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless transaction activities, from project initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial analytics, real estate market trends, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our client to develop and implement real estate strategies that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement real estate plans in line with client-driven priorities and strategic goals.
  • Assist with project initiation, scope definition, and prioritization of assignments.
  • Negotiate business terms and conditions as a buyer or seller agent.
  • Coordinate the negotiation of sales through field brokers, including lease negotiations and renewals.
  • Review, evaluate, and interpret financial analysis templates.
  • Supervise transaction and project activity, recording savings results achieved on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for relevant parties.
  • Maintain a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-3 years of significant experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Real Estate license required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
What We Offer:

CBRE is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a minimum salary of $100,000 annually and a maximum salary of $110,000 annually. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
