About the Job

The Valet is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of customer vehicles. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of customer vehicles, including issuing and tracking tickets, taking pictures and annotating vehicle condition upon receipt and return.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers upon arrival, opening vehicle doors, and maintaining a positive image for Regional One Health.
  • Complete required departmental reports, including daily station reports, and ensure charges and validations are recorded correctly.
  • Meet and greet all customers, direct traffic when necessary, and assist with general inquiries about parking and directions.
  • Provide efficient and courteous service, tracking tickets and keys, taking pictures and annotating vehicle condition, and requesting cars for customers.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance, providing coverage for relief and absences within the department.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residence required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a related field required.
  • Prior experience as a valet or in the parking industry preferred.
