Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Valet Attendant to join our team at LAZ Parking Georgia, LLC. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized parking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the safety and security of our customers' vehicles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers by name, taking care of their needs, and developing a rapport with each person driving up to our stand.
  • Help direct traffic to maintain a smooth flow of vehicles, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Promote a self-reliant attitude, working with or without supervision, and taking initiative to resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
  • Strong customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cash handling experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Parking industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to heat, wind, snow, rain, and other elements.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds, and to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
