Overview

Enterprise Mobility Inc. is thrilled to announce an opening for a Customer Service Agent at our airport branch. The Customer Service Agent is responsible for delivering a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction during both the rental and return processes, utilizing company-approved sales and service techniques. This role involves facilitating the rental process through the verification and documentation of essential driver information, ensuring a smooth and timely rental and return experience. All responsibilities are performed with a focus on customer satisfaction and in alignment with our Quality Standards.

**Candidates must possess open availability and be prepared to work 40 hours per week, including a flexible schedule that accommodates days, nights, weekends, and holidays.**

**Compensation for this position is up to $23.00 per hour ($20/hour plus potential bonuses of $3.00 per hour) along with benefits.**

Responsibilities
  • Utilize company-approved sales and service techniques to assess customer needs.
  • Propose optional products to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Accurately prepare all rental and return documentation.
  • Qualify each customer in accordance with company rental guidelines.
  • Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and relevant service details.
  • Review rental parameters with customers to ensure a clear understanding of rates and service charges.
  • Confirm the accuracy of return dates and times on rental agreements.
  • Review all charges upon vehicle return.
  • Compile the Rental Agreement Folder with all necessary information.
  • Answer phone inquiries in a friendly and prompt manner.
  • Effectively resolve all customer service issues.
  • Coordinate customer flow within the queue to minimize wait times and enhance service efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A valid unrestricted driver's license is required.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
  • Open availability is essential, with the ability to work 40 hours per week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
