About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sleep Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert knowledge on our products and services to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve individual KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
  • Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process and after purchase.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor activity and market trends to ensure we remain competitive.
What We Offer

As a Sleep Expert at Mattress Firm, you will have access to a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. You will also be eligible for a performance-based bonus after six months of employment.
