Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Clarksboro, New Jersey.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized speech therapy sessions to clients in their homes, focusing on improving communication skills, addressing swallowing difficulties, and enhancing overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services as needed.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living and overall well-being.
  • Accurately document client progress, interventions, and evaluations, utilizing electronic medical records.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Jersey.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
