Nurse Specialist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to our clients in Clarksboro, New Jersey.

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Conduct thorough assessments, monitor client progress, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Document client information, progress, and care plans accurately and thoroughly.

• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor client conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
